Set Up Process

Working with Service Owl is incredibly simple and efficient. In just three easy steps, you’ll be ready to streamline your operations:

Step 1

Onboarding

Woohoo! You’re ready to elevate your agency with Service Owl.

We will request all the specific details, email templates, services, fees, etc. that we need to get the onboarding started.

This step is as quick as you make it by providing us all the requested items!

Step 2

Platform Customization

After the onboarding, our team will tailor the platform specifically for your business. This includes:

  • Customizing services and setting up pricing

  • White labeling with your logo and brand colors

  • Importing your basic data

  • Personalizing email and SMS templates

  • Customizing client and candidate application forms (a key feature!)

    Please allow 2-3 weeks for this process.

Step 2

Ready to Go!

We’re all set up and ready to walk you through your new platform! We’ll hop on a video call, or two or three, to walk you through each step of your platform to ensure you’re comfortable with the using all features, know all the automations and workflows.

You’ll have a dedicated team member during this step to ensure your questions are answered promptly.

It’s ready to go at this time, but we suggest allowing 1 week to get yourself comfortable with the workflows and platform before going LIVE!
