Hi, I’m Danica, the owner of The Nanny Company for over 10 years, providing full-time, part-time, temporary, and event care. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs that agency owners face on a daily basis. From managing caregiver schedules to keeping clients happy and ensuring everything runs smoothly, I know how complex it can be.
